Nigerian men are always in a rush when it comes to sex- sex expert says

Sex Therapist, pastor Funmi Akingbade says the average Nigerian man is not the most patient lover. In an interview with City People magazine, pastor Akingbade said Nigerian men see foreplay and other activities before intercourse as a waste of time. She says to have a bliss marital life, great sex must be incorporated and that the woman should not be seen as an object just to 'release' into. 

Excerpts from the interview below..  

How would you describe the Nigerian man when it comes to sex?

The Nigerian man is always in a rush when it comes to sex. They rush into it and quickly rush out once they "come". Every driver that wants an accident-free trip must drive safely, know his road signs, have good driving skills and be a good observer. This is also true with sex because marital sex is a journey and not to be done in a rush. Those who want to succeed in marriage give their sex life a lot of attention and sex is what makes it different and wonderful. So, for no reason must a spouse "beg" or "plead" for sex from her partner. Rather, good sex should be given mutually at all times"

Quads celebrate UK first as all simultaneously graduate with Masters degrees from same university

Graduating from university is normally an occasion for a family get-together.
And this was certainly a big celebration for the Ogunsanya quadruplets who were handed their well-deserved degrees from the same university on the same day.
The 23-year-old quads, identical sisters and the oldest by four minutes, Toks and Temi Ogunsanya, and identical brothers, Tobi and Tolu, graduated from Warwick University with Master Degrees.

And there was not a jot of sibling rivalry as all four have landed jobs in the City already.
Toks graduated with anMEng in manufacturing and engineering and Temi, Tobi and Tolu all gained an MSC in management from Warwick Business School.
'The fact we all chose to study at the University of Warwick was a natural decision,' says Tobi, who thinks a bit of sibling rivalry is essential for success.

Before You Think About Giving Up, Think About This

If you feel like you’re at the end of the road with nowhere to go, realize the enemy is lying to you. Life always offers you a second chance. It’s called tomorrow. (Jeremiah 29:11) Success at anything takes time. – Don’t let your struggles become your identity. Not everything in your life will go as you expect it to. This is why you need to pray to be aligned with God’s will. Remind yourself that it’s perfectly okay not to be perfect.

(Proverbs 23:7) You can choose differently. – The difference between a mountain and a molehill is your perspective. And in many cases, the only thing in life you have control over is your perspective. No matter what happens, YOU control what the meaning is and most of the time, what the outcome will be. Choose to react in a way that motivates happiness, love, or forgiveness, even when circumstances make that choice difficult.

(Psalm 30:5) It’s not supposed to be easy. – Just because you’re not where you want to be today doesn’t mean you won’t be there someday. If things in your life aren’t happening as planned right now, that’s okay. It just means it’s not the right time. Be Patient, Have Faith, and trust that

(Philippians 4:12) Life is still good. – You may have seen better days, but you have also seen worse. You might not have all your wants, but you do have all your needs. You woke up with a few aches and pains, but you woke up. Your life may not be perfect, but it is good. And more good things are coming down the road as long as you keep moving forward.

(Philippians 4:13) You never fail until you stop trying. – Failure is not falling down; failure is staying down when you have the choice to get back up. Sometimes you have to fall a thousand times to succeed. All of your ideas that don’t work are simply stepping stones on your way to the one idea that does.
