Secrets Behind Victoria’s $10 Million Fantasy Bra

They've been worn by some of the top supermodels in the biz, have enough bling to light up New York City, and cost millions (upon millions) of dollars. We're talking about the famous Victoria's Secret Fantasy Bra, and blond beauty Candice Swanepoel happened to be the lucky angel chosen for to wear this year's $10 million rendition that took 500 hours, 12 men, and four months to build. Wowza.
"Omg! Insider" co-anchor Thea Andrews was in the Big Apple to cover all the action on the pink carpet for the annual Victoria's Secret fashion show, where she got the secrets behind what happens to the oh-so-expensive lingerie after the catwalk. According to the designer himself, Mouawad, who is also a ritzy jewelry designer, it's actually surprisingly difficult to find a buyer due to the hefty price and the fact that it's custom made for one person's body.

Mouawad said he has designed 7 bras in the past 12 years for Victoria's Secret and revealed, "No one's ever bought it."
Just because there haven’t been any buyers for the pricey lingerie, it doesn't mean that people aren't still interested in seeing what it looks like. According to a manager at the Victoria's Secret in Herald Square in NYC, in previous years the diamond bras have traveled to various stores across the country, with the company keeping the next location under wraps for security purposes.
Because of the high cost, we'd assume the blingy braziers would be both beautiful AND comfortable, but unfortunately that might not be the case. Omg!'s Breanne Heldman got the chance to try on the gorgeous $12.5 million gems fit for Gisele Bündchen in 2005 and admitted the "boulder holder was heavy."
And if you think that sounds like a whole lot of money, think again! It actually wasn't the most expensive bra ever worn.
Watch the video to find out who got that honor and what the price tag was, and for more of the latest in entertainment news, tune in to "omg! Insider" on TV tonight!
